I have endless memories from my childhood that include Ayla. From camping in each other’s backyards to camping on her grandparent’s property. The first time I ever made a homemade quesadilla was introduced to me by Ayla. We shared a deep connection over lame emo music and boys. Ayla was such a light in my life even though I never got to meet her in person. It’s been a joy getting to know her over the last five years. I will never forget all of the love and support she showed me.
