My heartfelt condolences to the entire Matthews family. Frank was an amazing man! He exemplified a great leadership style, a business acumen and a warm generous heart. It was a honor to know him and I appreciate everything he did for me. I learned a lot about the retail business, people and life from Frank. I will never forget his laugh and the twinkle in he eyes. Frank was a loving and caring person to all! I worked for him for almost twelve years. He loved his family very much and we always had conversations about how much he loved them all! He always had absolutely wonderful stories about his youth growing up! Anyone who met Frank knew that he loved them and they automatically loved him.
