I've known Balbino and his family since I was 5 years old. We grew up together. The Rosens are my 2nd family, and Balbino my 2nd brother. I will always remember, when we were kids, how he would entice his sister and myself to play t-ball with him by spotting us 10 points from the start....and after that....STILL found a way to win game!
