Read MoreWe lived across the street from Sam & Barbara from 1973 through 1984. Barbara became my surrogate mom after my own mom died in 1975. She truly filled a void for me. She was always there for me and we had the best times having coffee and chatting about all sorts of things. Just as if she were my mother. My heart will hold these memories forever.
