Barbara J. Andreas

Barb and I became fast friends and cohorts through the Crystal Lake Community Band, since its inception in 1984. Barb played treble cleff baritone and I, trombone- - we sat next to one another for many many rehearsals! Our friendship lasted until the day she passed. She was a wealth of knowledge on any subject, knew her politics like no one, a fine musician, full of fun and laughter with a tender/tough heart, and a dear dear friend .
