Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed knowing Barbara and reading her stories. She enjoyed living until 80. I wish I could tell her I just turned 90. The writers group was more fun when she attended.

Barbara, Your enthusiasms and ability to make your students feel like budding Hemingways are already missed. You were rare and treasured. Will look for you next incarnation

We miss you.
You will be always in our thoughts.

"When you pass those gates of pearl.
And the welcome flags unfurl.
We know you'll make that haven brighter.
When God bestows a gold typewriter."

Barbara you were a true friend.
We will miss you.
"When you entered those blisseful gates.
We're sure that God appreciates.
And to make heavens stay so much brighter.
Provides you with a golden typewriter."

Barbara, It was a priviledge to know you and enjoy your hospitality and benefit from your encouagement in writing. You lived a full productive life and will be remebered fondly.

If Reader's digest still published "The Most Unforgettable Character I Ever Met, you are the candidate I would nominate. You are the embodiment of talent, accomplishment and generosity; sprinkled with humility.

It was a privilege to be your student and friend. My admiration of your lust for life and living it fully knows no bounds. You will be dearly missed. God bless. Rest in peace.

Barbara, we love you and miss you very much. We can't imagine this world without you.

Barbara, it was a pleasure to work with you - even though you hated the computer. I will miss our sessions and seeing a book or play unfold. May you rest in peace.

Dear Barbara,
You were a true explorer of this life---the joy of your experience radiated from you, and I, among others, took pleasure in your presense. My life is blessed for knowing you. Love, McClaren
