My condolences to the family on the passing of Barbara. As I look back, I remember that she was always smiling and fun to be with.

As a remembrance of her kindness and warmth, my sister about 17 had taken me at age about eight to Marshall Fields during the holiday season. She bought me the board game Candyland. But most vivid was the warmth she brought and the unselfish kindness and love she gave me. It was a memory I will never forget.
