Barbara Bailey was a woman who touched so many lives in so many ways. I was blessed to have her be a part of my life for 40 years. One of my Grandmother's closet friends, and truly a Grand Dame to all of us. Rest Peace

What a joy and honor it was to know your Mother, to have her share in our weddings and to be inspired by her at parties at our home on Scarborough St. She was all brilliance and inspiration, and her wonderful family is a testimony to her. God Bless you all in your great loss.

Our prayers are with you at this special time. She has touched the lives of so many people in our state.

Our love and condolences to the Bailey family. What a wonderful woman and neighbor. Connecticut has lost a great woman of wisdom. May you rest in peace and go with God, Barbara.

With Barbara Bailey's passing, Connecticut lost a great lady, and our friends lost a loving and cherished mother and grandmother. On behalf of The Governor's Prevention Partnership staff and board, our sincere sympathy to the entire Bailey family.

Barbara Bailey was an amazing woman--strong, stately--a true matriarch. She was loved and will be missed by many. She and the Bailey family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Condolences from all of us at Masonicare.

Please accept my deepest condolences
on the death of your mother. She was a very nice person and will be truly miss by the Hartford comunity.
Your Truly,
