I met Jamie and Barbara thru Jamie's dad, Jim Baker. Our 5 (+2) piece band, Kansas City Rhythm Kings, Portland, has played many of Jim Bakers Small Band arrangements (written originally for Jim's Spokane Band) since the 1980's. I found Jamie thru Facebook in 2022, and traveled to Wallace and met him and Barbara.
