Not sure what to say?

Will miss you at the Smith Reunions. Thanks for being such a sweet daughter of God. Your smile radiates the love of Christ. Your a great example of Christlike love. God be with you till we meet again. Hayley Huefner

I met Sister Ballard for the first time when my husband and I were in the MTC prior to going to preside over the Canada Halifax Mission in 1991. We were converts to the Church and had never served missions and I was particularly nervous about what was expected of me. Sister Ballard noticed my concern and spontaneously came to me with comfort and wisdom. She was a great strength to me than and now and I have never forgotten her kindness. I consider her to be the perfect person and admire her...

Dear Ballard Family,

I pray this song brings you comfort.

Pres. Ballard
Nancy & I send our heartfelt condolences to you at this difficult time. May God pour his blessings upon you & your family.

I'll never forget meeting Elder and Sister Ballard when they came to our Stake Conference in Redding Ca. back around 1990. My 6 yr. old son begged me to take him up to shake their hands and they were so kind and sweet to him. Elder Ballard asked my son if he was saving for a mission and Nathan proudly answered yes! 14 years later Nathan happily served a mission in Portugal and he never forgot the encouragement he received from Elder and Sis. Ballard. We talked about meeting them every time...

My heartfelt condolences to you sweet Stacey and family. May the beautiful memories you have of your Mom, bring you much comfort in the coming days. Your Mama was always so sweet and welcoming whenever I was in your home in our teenage years. My Paul, who grew up across the street from your sweet Grandma, experienced the same from her. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this bittersweet time. All my love to you dear Stace!

We love you President Ballard and admire your strength and dedication to the Lord and to us during this difficult time. Much love to you and your family as you honor the life of your beloved Barbara while strengthening us with your presence at General Conference.

Dear Ballard family,

Please accept our heartfelt condolences concerning Sister Ballard's passing away. She will be missed by many people. May the Lord's abiding love, incomprehensible peace, and comforting solace sustain you during this difficult time of mourning.

Sincerely,

Clyde and Amelia Triptow

Barbara was a wonderful example to her (especially female)classmates at South High School. She was a class officer and a school queen, serving always with grace. I admired and loved her then and in her marriage since that time.
