Barbara Barber

Mrs.Barber taught me in the 3rd grade at Sallie Reynols Elementary School. That's been a very long time ago but I still remember her.

Ms. Barber was a sweet and kind lady. Everytime I visited her church she was always there to greet me with open arms.

God bless the family of this remarkable woman she was such an inspiration in my formative years.

May God comfort and keep the family of our dearly departed Sister in Delta, Barbara Barber. So sad to hear of her passing. She was truly an inspiration, mentor, and example of an empowered woman to me and many other sisters of Delta Sigma Theta. Her legacy will live on through those of us she inspired. We will continue to stand for what is right and just - in great part due to her guidance.
