I was sad to hear this morning from my mother of Mrs. Barden's passing. She was one of my favorite teachers at Capt. Isaac and I remember when she would bring us in apples as special treats. I have thought of her often over the years and my deepest condolences are with her family during this time. I can only hope that my own son has a teacher as special and as dedicated as Mrs. Barden.

Thinking of you all with fond memories and praying that you will sense the Peace that passes all understanding. God is faithful to keep His promises...
