I was a friend of Barbara`s when she was a member of the wings chapter of professional secretaries international - she was president in 1988 through 89 and was a wonderful gal! She and Elmer and also a group of country dancers performed at my 40th wedding anniversary in West Milton. We were so sorry to read that she has passed away.
