Not sure what to say?

Barbara and I met in Jerusalem before 1975. We bonded even more when we spent two years in New York 1975 1977. When then met each time we, my late husband prof. Ariel rosler and I were in the USA . Barbara was brave and funny . She loved music and singing. She was a gooood friend and during our last encounter we had dinner at hee new apartment in Manhattan. She showed us the extra room "for us"... we never got to stay there.. I often mourn her passing.

Even though this note is many years from the sadness of your Mom´s passing I just wanted to share the Elementary School friendship that we entertained during our walks to and from Plaza School, especially during our hour long lunch period. I too lived on Whitehall Road and recall with great fondness our many years of childhood walks. I just wanted to share a particular happy memory that occurred many decades ago and one that will stay with me forever. With Condolences and Warmth Glenn Berger...

Gone way too soon. Rest In Peace dear childhood friend.

I knew Barbara since1975 when I and my wife where in N.Y. sppent 2 years. Barbara was a lovely person. She started her struggle already. She had her first cancer, a skin melanoma. After this she had twice breast cancer. She fought these very couragesly. The last one finished her.... My condolences to Judith and the boys.

I lloved Bárbara. She was a dear Friend.i miss her alresdy and will donare to the victims of the South who are under missles attack in her memory

Judy, Chuck and Boys: Barbara always made me laugh! She was a wonderful friend. I will never forget the Christmas the four of us spent at our house in Connecticut. I was in the middle of cooking a huge dinner for Christmas Eve and there was no electricity--no heat, nothing! So the four of us (including Michael and Gene)
snuggled up in front of the fireplace, sang Christmas carols, drank champagne and woke up to a gorgeous snowfall--and lights! it will always be one of my favorite Christmas...

Dear Judy and Chuck, Matt and Josh.
I knew from our childhood on Whitehall Road that Barbara was someone special. I remember her keen sense of humor and the fun shared by all the neighbors and friends. She always kept us laughing.
I was so sorry to hear of her passing. My family sends our best to all of you at this sad time.

Dear Josh & Matt,

I am writing on behalf of Westchester Oratorio Society. We were all very sad to hear of Barbara's death.

We are dedicating our November 18 performance of Brahms's Ein deutsches Requiem to her memory. It will be held at Temple Shaaray Tefila in Bedford Corners,New York. If any of your family would like to attend, we will have complimentary tickets for you at the door.

Our deepest condolences. We miss her.

Josh and Matt,

My heart goes out to you and your family upon the sudden loss of your dear mother. Your mom was a colleague/friend of mine at CUNY. She and I enjoyed many trips to DC for our annual meetings as well as shopping, walking and good food. Her memorial service paid homage to her 110%; from the colored tissue packets to the food (everything from soup to dessert). Your mom was a true lady in every sense and I will sorely miss her. I only hope that all of your fond...
