Barbara and I met while doing internships in the Student Counseling Service at Washington University in St. Louis in 1975. At age 50, she was re-training to apply her PhD as a counselor in addition to being an educator.
We did sexual attitude reassessment workshops together for couples at the Center for Human Concern, where she worked, and we taught adult sex education courses at Forest Park Community College. My wife, Marie, also worked with Barb at CHC.
