Not sure what to say?

I am sitting here tonight writing in the journal that Barbara gave me in Dec 2011. She wrote in it: “Sydnee- as you record special moments in these pages remember the special moments we have as sisters in the Church.” She also knitted a beautiful blanket that I treasure. I visited her as a sister in our church and had a remarkable conversation with her shortly before she passed. I shared my belief of the hereafter with her as I had a son that had passed away 10 years before. She was...

It seems almost like last week when I left THS. It was 22 years ago. I taught in the classroom next to hers. She was a friend, an inspiration, and a wonderful Teacher. I know you are peace now. RIP, sweet Barbara.

I have come to know and appreciate Barbara at Curves. She and I seemed to have the same thoughts and likes. I would have loved to have gotten to know her better. I work at Curves from 5:30 a.m.-12:00 (noon). So will not be there Tuesday.BM

Dear Ms. Baxter's Family...I too worked with Ms. Baxter at THS. Ms. Wichman is right, she had great genes and while she looked young, she lived young as well. She has left a lasting impact on all of the student's she taught. Facebook is full of admiring young minds paying her a wonderful tribute. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and seeing her smiling face on a daily basis. You all are in everyone's thoughts and prayers. Farewell Ms. Baxter....Lisa

Dear family,
I am so sorry your mother has passed. I still can't believe it has happened because she had great genes that allowed her to look terrifically young and be full of energy. She was a lively and spirited person, and I enjoyed many conversations with her about everything. I hope that all of you are doing well trying to cope with your loss. She will be so missed by all who knew her.
Sincerely,
Nancy Wichman, a THS teacher
