Deidra, I knew this day would come, but after the last time I saw your Mother at the hospital, I still said maybe they were wrong. I didn't know her for long, but I'm glad for the time that we did meet. She was so special with that bright smile. God "will" give you the strength you need day by day to see you through. May God bless you and your family. Brenda-Patient Service Representative, Leigh Emergency Dept.

"Ms. Barbara!" I loved DeShera and grew to love you also.

I am going to miss your beautiful smile and funny stories too. My condolences and prayers are with your family during their physical loss of you, but I rejoice about your spiritual gain. We all know that you are making room for us at the table so we can laugh and fellowship again there in Heaven....

Your smile and stories helped me make through many a night at QVC....the Circle of Friends won't be the same...

Barbara was a real jewel. True to life. She's on a journey of a lifetime to be with our all so amazing God. I know shes in Heaven sharing some of her funny stories. I gona miss them too. Miss you Bar Bar.

Deidra and Darius - First and foremost, to God be Glory and know that God makes no mistakes - his ways are not our ways and his plans are not our plans.
I was acquainted with your mother through TCC. She was always smiling and always helpful. My last conversation with her was one evening in the McArthur center parking lot. We had the most serious and the "funniest" conversation about being older students, life, people, personalities and ACCOUNTING. We laughed so hard that evening -...

I wish Barbaras family strengh and enjoy every great smile of her's that come to mind. Her humor will always remind me of her also. May Gods repeated blessing be yours. Barbara and I worked together over the years and was a member of the same club. Gona miss you girl. Marguerite Reid Askew (Chesapeake,VA)
