I worked with Barb at Branch 42. By the time I arrived, she was already an institution. In some ways, she reminded me of my mother and there were days we argued like mother and daughter! Barb was a true pioneer- she blazed the trail through Harvard to the State's Attorney's Office in times when much less was expected of a lady- I am thankful for her courage and I truly admired her sass!
She was always a joy to learn from and a pleasure to work with and she will always be remembered in the hallowed halls of 42
