Not sure what to say?

I am sorry for your loss. Like many who have written here, I worked with Barb ar Br. 42. She was a great teacher and I learned alot, back in the mid-80's. She helped shape many young attorneys and we were lucky to have the opportunity to learn from her.

I worked with Barb at Branch 42. By the time I arrived, she was already an institution. In some ways, she reminded me of my mother and there were days we argued like mother and daughter! But then we would wind up laughing about some little something and back to work we would go. I truly believe her motto had to have been "God is in the details" because we all know of her fanatical attention to details! Even though her knowledge and experience outstripped every one of us, she always referred...

As I & other colleagues recount memories of You these past few days still hard to believe that you left us and we didn't have the chance to visit & see you before you left this earth
But now we all know You are with beloved Ronald in heaven.
So please know somehow, that your memory of the Classy lady & music lover & ASA supervisor in Br 42 court house (an excellent one at that) will be attributed as part of your excellent legacy for all time & you will always be...

Making sure justice was done to the best of YOUR Ability & you took it in stride when a few CPD guys tried telling YOU how to prep their cases ha ha ha.
Good times good laughs fond memories we'll always cherish & I'll remember how we always joked that your office was much too small & you how we needed...

Barb was a true pioneer- she blazed the trail through Harvard to the State's Attorney's Office in times when much less was expected of a lady- I am thankful for her courage and I truly admired her sass!
She was always a joy to learn from and a pleasure to work with and she will always be remembered in the hallowed halls of 42

Barb, one could not help but admire your dedication to the State's Attorney's Office and the law, as well as your sense of humor. Thank you for everything you taught me.

Barb, you will be missed by all who had the honor of being trained by you. You were smart, funny and always professional. Thanks so much Barb.
