Barbara Bolek

I went to high school with Barb and remember many fun times with her. Last time I saw her was at our friend Amy's funeral services. She never changed - always smiling, and had that great sense of humor. I don't think I ever heard her say anything negative about anyone. I'm sure she left a lifetime of love behind for her family and I hope her girls grow up knowing what a really good person their mom was. She will be missed!

Dear Matt, Georgia and Madge,
We are so sorry your beloved wife and mother had to leave you. We've known Barbara most of her life and knew her as a pretty, sweet, faithful and helpful girl and young lady. She was one of Amy's closest friends. They had a wonderful year together sharing an apartment in Ann Arbor while Barb was finishing college and Amy had graduated and was selling childrens' shoes at Jacobsons.

I will fondly remember Barb as a devoted mom and a genuine friend. She often took me by surprise when she doled out the kindest compliments, and many "I love you's." I'm better for having known her.
