Not sure what to say?

I just found this wonderful picture of Barbara...I don´t know its provenance, or the lady in the photo portrait. Rest in Peace old pal.

I was aware that Barbara had suffered that terrible accident..but hadn´t heard from her much since then. I´m shocked to find that she had just passed.. She was a big part of The Bassil´s social circles in the 60s and 70´s.. I was even lucky enough for her to turn over her great apartment above The Blue Front while I finished my degree. We always kept in touch, and yes, she would send me her mix tapes over the years which I still possess and cherish. I will look for some pictures to share...

I've known Barb since she was 15 - some 60 years. There are too many memories of this truly remarkable friend. I'll miss our talks, exchange of photos and especially your honest open laughter. Peace Barbara.

Terrific woman and driver, artist, skeptic I first saw walking on South U. in 67 with Barbara Gregg, pre-Ramona. She kept a great house on State. Wondered and knew when I saw it on the market. She was adventurous, the long obit is quite good, thanks.

Single Memorial Tree

I am also a Barbara Brown and Barbara and I shared a special bond a long time ago because of our same names. She was a beautiful, extraordinary gal and I loved her dearly. Rest in peace, Barbara - from your pal Barbara.

I truly enjoyed working with you and your stories of your Greek island adventures. God bless my friend.
