While I have many fond memories of Barbie from Paulson family gatherings, my most enduring memory is of an extended family hike up Mt. Washington. Barbie and Bill were in their 60's, and they left the rest of us youngsters in our 40's puffing and panting up the path. My new husband, Don, said Barbie and Bill were going to be models for how to live as we aged, and so they have. However, Barbie will live on in our memories, not just for how to stay healthy and active, but also for how to move...

So very sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. We have lost a good friend of East Terrace and South Burlington. She was tireless in doing things to help save the beauty of East Terrace and South Burlington. She was so enthusiastic in every thing she did. She and Bill were friends to all! She will be missed so very much!
