Not sure what to say?

Barbara, you were a great person. I am glad to have known you and I will miss you.

My deepest sympathy to the family.
Barbara's mother and my mother shared the same room at Royal Vic. I remember Barbara as a kind and helpful person. She certainly kept us entertained in the room. May her memories bring the family comfort.

Thanksgiving weekends just won't be the same without your smiling face, can-do attitude and swashbuckling tales. We will raise a glass (maybe more than one!!) to you in Waterville Valley. Fondly, Judee

I was fortunate to enjoy Barbara's Thanksgiving dinner last year during RA's Sugarloaf Maine weekend. Barbara was a warm hostess and a pleasure to share time with. Every time I cook turkey for my family, I'll be thinking of Barbara.

Barbara was always a cheery hardworking soul with Randonnee. On weekends, she always brought laughter and goodwill to the group. I can't remember her ever being otherwise. The Randonnee pre-Christmas party will not be the same without her. Heather and Sam Allison

Barbara, I will always remember you as a great chatterbox. You had such a way to tell stories, especially about your visits to your grandmother on Congregation Street in the Point. Your memories sounded vivid and delightful. I will always remember you as a generous and cheerful person. Barbara, we will miss your Farewell. Vivien

Barbara - so sorry to hear of your passing - and so glad that we had a chance to chat and catch up in Bethel in June. You were such an inspiration to all of the RA volunteers and I am sure you will still be heard cheering at the McGill Stadium. Fondly, Wendy

It was a pleasure meeting Barbara, she was a kind and down to Earth person with a sense of humour. we car pooled to RA weekends. She has contributed a lot to the club and will be greatly missed. My sympathy to her family.

Barb - you hosted countless mailing meetings for Randonnee Aventure, you baked the best lemon loaf in the realm, you often stayed home Thanksgiving weekends to cook a super duper turkey dinner for your condo mates, and you were always keen to hand out awards to the youngsters at the Canadian Ski Marathon. You had such a gift for volunteering, and such a big heart, you will be sorely missed - Karen Findlay
