Not sure what to say?

Barbara was a warm, friendly, delightful class mate and also a great leader as our senior class president. She really kept our small Winter 1957 class together as a group for decades after our graduation, We were lucky to have her as a friend and leader.

My sincere condolences to Barbara's children. Your Mom was such a sweet person who I got to know very well during my 19 years with 4day. She will be missed

I'm saddened to learn that my high-school pen pal Barbara has died. We became pen-friends and then friends-in-person when, on a family trip west from Kentucky, I spent a day with Barbara, her mom, and her bratty brother Bobby (not as bratty as my little brother Danny though). I wish we'd stayed in touch as our paths forked. R.I.P.

Shocked and saddened by this terrible news. Our prayers go out to her family. Sincerely, Annette (Sloan) and Ivan Hollerup

I remember Barbara from Audubon Jr. High as well as Dorsey High School. She was a wonderful young woman and leader and I appreciate how she was the glue that held the Dorsey Class of W'57 together over the decades.

And when I think of those times, the one constant of those visits was Mrs Carr´s smile. Even when we were being boisterous kids, she always seemed to be smiling and laughing, and that is how I will remember her. My condolences to Chey and Tim, and I´m so sorry for your loss, which, indeed, was a loss for everyone who was fortunate enough to have...
