Read MoreI remembered Babs on March 10th as that was her sobriety birthday and she always had so much generosity in her heart to help other sisters who were struggling. I am honored to call her a wise mentor and will always remember her saying "Gratitude takes the grrrr out of my attitude". Rest in peace, dear friend.

Dear Babz: so grateful for our friendship. Thought of you on March 10 for your sobriety date and again just a week ago as I was looking through photos of Wild Women parties past. You were always a costumed and joyful reveler. You are with Great Creator now and no doubt planning a sunny mural near the pearly gates. My condolences to your loved ones. Babs you were such a dear friend and such a support for so many years. You have been a light and will remain a light in my life. I will always remember the day you excitedly told me about the special person in your life who had come back into your life and that turned out to be David.
