Barbara A. Carter

Barb Carter was my aunt by marriage. My husband is the son of her sister Edith. Barb was a great inspiration to me as a person who had her values in the right place. She and her husband Bud respected one another and their enjoyment in each other's company was obvious. I wish I had taken the time to tell her how much she meant to me as an ideal mother and wife. I will miss you, Barb, and I look forward to meeting you again in Glory. My love to her family, Lynne Piipp.

We were so sorry to read that Barbara passed away. She was such a wounderful lady and will be missed alot. I use to enjoy our talkes when I came over to visit Nancy, and she was always so nice to Billy. If there is any way that I can help out please let me know. Love Judy
