Services celebrating the life of Mrs. Barbara Ann Carter will be held Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Greater New Start Church, 5834 Bellfort Street. Visitation is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Houston Memorial Gardens.
