I met Barbara when she was put on our services. She wasn't the typical patient I'm used to caring for. She was very strong willed, a tiny bit hard to read, a bit reluctant to receiving help. But once I broke through that shell,,, WHAT A WOMAN SHE WAS! We learned, little by little, about each other, our families, the values and wishes we had on our departure.
