RICHMOND, Virginia
CHAPMAN, Barbara B., of Chesterfield, Va., passed away Friday, August 16, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Edward P. Chapman; two daughters, Eve C. Tharpe and Jessica G. Bailey; sister, Gwen Charity; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 31, at Gathering Grounds Ministry, 12211 Iron Bridge Rd., Chester, Va. 23831.

Barbara had a beautiful smile and was a wonderful neighbor. I know she will live in your hearts forever. I will take a sip of wine and toast to a great lady! My sincere condolences to Ed, Eve, Jessica and families.
