Barb Clough was the unofficial "mom" to all 560+ tenants in the Cooper Place apartment complex, and the secret driving force behind Richie. Barb put the human touch and personal element into every business transaction. She knew everyone by name, and always acted happy to see us, even when she wasn't. I will always remember her warm smile and common sense wisdom. She and Richie made my 14 years at Cooper Place a happy experience, and introduced me to several other tenants who became dear...
