I was so sorry to hear this. Barbara was my real estate agent when I got stationed at Langley in Dec '84. She knew my parents and they contacted her for me. She was chasing me down at Langley before I even in-processed! Then she guided my young self (24 years old, 1st LT) in purchasing my first home. I still tell people on a regular basis how lucky I was to have her guiding me - I ended up with a home I could grow into and I'm still living in it today and loving the neighborhood! I married...

Barbara and I worked together at Chicos a few years ago. From the moment I met Barbara, i liked her. We always used to tease Barbara about loving animal prints. If something came in that looked like her taste, we always told her that it had her name on it. Then, one day she put a hiatus on purchasing animal prints because she decided she had too many!!!! We laughed and laughed together about this! After she left Chicos, I would run into her almost everywhere I went!! I will miss her...

Dear George,Linda and Geoff, We are so sorry that Barbara's beautiful life here on earth has come to an end, but she is in a much better and beautiful place where she is no longer suffering. We remember Barbara as a person who was always smiling, always had a kind word for everyone and never said anything bad aboutnanyone. Barbara was one of my favorite dental patients for many years. Her wonderful sense of humor and warm laugh always made her visit a high point in my day, and I always looked forward to our time together. Barbara, a wonderful lady, a dear neighbor, but more, a friend, with love in her heart, a story to tell, and always something to give back to others. Our most sincere condolences and sympathies to George and the family. And, Barbara, may the peace be with you and yours.

Barbara and I were high school classmates. Until she and her husband attended a reunion lunch last year, I had not seen her in 50 years. I was so happy she was able to come to Illinois and will treasure the lovely conversation we had that day. When I learned she was ill, I wrote, not knowing how gravely ill she was. I am sorry she never got to read that letter. My heart goes out to her family. My prayers are with you. Your wife and mother was a lovely person.

I am terribly sorry to hear of your loss. God knows that losing a loved one can be overwhelming. King David wrote about our Creator, “Trust in him at all times, O people. Before him pour out your heart. God is a refuge for us.” Psalm 62:7, 8.

Barbara will be missed greatly by the Deibler Family. She was a wonderful person and a great friend to my parents. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
