Not sure what to say?

I loved Barbara Coleman! She was beautiful and encouraging. I loved her voice and hearing her read a lesson on Sunday morning at Good Shepherd, Bonita, California. Barbara gave me practical words of encouragement during a difficult moment of my life. I was so grateful. Beautiful, talented, loving, encouraging Barbara left a phone message that I have saved for years. She was a delight to know!

My family attended Good Shepherd with Barbara, and we miss her deeply. I wish we had known the last time we saw her would be the last time so we could have hugged her harder. She once drove into downtown San Diego to take me to lunch, in her giant car, and got a little lost, but we were able to meet up. It was such a generous gesture for her to come into downtown and navigate the one-way streets. I can still picture her across the table from me. She attended some of our kids' musical...

Barbara was a wonderful person with a sparkling personality. She was also a very talented actress who contributed to the success of a video we made to celebrate the ministry of Fr. Frank Maguire at Church of the Good Shepherd, Bonita, CA. Her friendship was priceless and a blessing to all who knew her.

Barbara was nothing but wonderful to my family. In the short time we knew her, she always greeted us with compliments and open arms. She was a joy to attend church with. We are glad she was among her family recently. Thank you for sharing her with us. - Michelle Rodriguez, Micaela Morris, Dorothy Amador

Barbara and I were both born in Cincinnati Ohio. I enjoyed Barbara and I´d jokingly ask her where to buy my tickets to see her on stage. Her theatrical voice was bigger than life. Her wardrobe never saw a dull collar in it. Her accessories shimmered and added commotion to every conversation. I jokingly would say that she had escaped from Hollywood. Sometimes I´d sit in her living room alone with her and I´d feel like there was an invisible presence with us. After awhile I could sense that...

I attended the church Barbara attended in Bonita, Caifornia. We all loved her. She was beautiful and orally spoke beautifully. We remember Herb as well. We have missed her since she left and we are sorry to hear of her passing, but she lived life well. She never would tell her age, but if I Iook and act as she did at her age, I wo;; shout it to the hills. She was a unique amazing woman. I am so glad I was able to know her and that she spent her last years with family.

Been sorely missing you, Barbara. My fondest memories are of you teaching Ginny and me and several others The Charleston back in 1998, and you serving on a Cursillo Team in 2019. Till we meet again, blessings and love, Ruben

In loving memory of a such a beautiful woman, inside and out. You will forever be loved and missed.
