Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Cook was a founding member of the National Family Association for the Deaf-Blind, a national group of family members who advocate for equal education, access to employment, and communication for the millions of individuals in the country who are deafblind. I just got word of Barbs passing.
Barb was a beautiful person inside and out. I worked with her many years at Gore. She was a good friend.
So sorry for your loss. She will truly be missed.

Barb was greatly admired by deaf community ❤ Such a great advocate for the Church even for her deaf-blind daughter. I always find her in the kitchen at the church, always was a hard worker. Susie truly is blessed having a great mother who has the most patience, humble and strong faith in God. My deepest condolences goes to her family and grandkids. May God give the comfort and the strength to the Cook Family. She will be missed.

Barb, thank you so much for the gift ❤

In the short time I knew Barbara, she always had a smile on her face, you could even "feel" it through the phone. She was a gentle soul with a heart of gold. Her love of family was so strong, as well as her desire to help others. She will be missed.

I will miss having Barb in the prayer group I treasure the memories of knowing and praying with her with her for 25 years. Her light did shine bright showing other's the love of Jesus. I learned by her example how to be gentle with my words.,
