I have known Barbara Jean since High School and her deceased husband Grover since we were both 12 years old. We have remained fast, dear friends over these past 65+ years. I always took great pleasure in reminding Grover that his greatest accomplishment on this planet--and there were many-- was winning the hand of that "little Simmons beauty",a true Lady in the finest sense of that word. BJ will be sorely missed by those of us who benefited from the warmth of her presence. God bless.
