Barbara C. Cousins

Barb will be missed by many people, even ones that only knew her briefly. My parents knew her as long as I can remember and she told me that she "always loved Teddy", my dad. She was a remarkable woman and left a great impression on anyone she met. I always thought she was amazing. My friend said Barb tutored her son and she was wonderful. Barb was a delightful friend and dedicated genealogist and library worker. She helped me many times when I was stuck trying to locate a particular ancestor or knowing where to search. She will be truly missed.

Barbara was such a intelligent and giving person. She helped rebuild the St. Joseph County Genealogical Society with her strong leadership abilities.

I will miss her lovely smile, she could light up a room by just being there.
