Dear Barbara, It has been a long journey since seeing you, and hearing your distinctive and lovely voice on campus, when we were class mates at David Lipscomb College. I fondly remember seeing you in our daily Chapel services, and when we were both in Dr. Willis's sophomore Bible class. I also remember seeing you cheering excitedly at David Lipscomb basket ball games, or was it more so, because your future husband Mac was such an integral part of the team. The David Lipscomb High School Class of 1960, Nashville, TN, is saddened to learn of the passing of our beloved friend and classmate, Barbara Fields Davis. We shall miss her and may the Davis family find solace and comfort in the Lord and with each other at this difficult time.

Mac, Pamela and Elizabeth I am so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of Barbara as I do all of you. Mac was one of the best bible teachers I ever had and Barbara was always to friendly and kind. I know each of you will miss her greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
