Barbara Jane Demech

Barbara was the sweetest most gracious lady to know. She radiated kindness and caring. SHE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

I had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Demech is Shreveport, Louisiana where I worked for her daughter Michelle as a housekeeper. When I met her it was as if I had known her all my life so friendly. A warm caring woman who always greeted me with a hug and kiss and her saying God love ya. I'll miss her and I am ever so grateful that I got the opportunity to be in the presence of such a beautiful woman. And I loved her. I'll continue to pray for her family.

The first thing I want to say about my dear cousin Barbara is something that Ive read here in other shared memories.... she always made me feel special and important. And many of the times that we were together, I didnt feel very good about myself. But a hug and a kiss from Barbara and a few very thoughtful and loving words, and I would KNOW FOR CERTAIN that I was special, important and very much loved. She possessed the most genuine character....one of kindness and generosity...and it came...

I never met a kinder soul. She was a pleasure to know. I met her as a patient. I thought to myself, the very first day I met her, what a sweet, kind, and thoughtful person.
May she rest in peace.
