Mrs D was such a great cook,I used to tell my mom Mrs D was a better cook than she was,I think mom was a bit jealous.Mom just couldn’t roast the spuds w a leg o lamb like Mrs D.When we were kids she had her hands full when Philip n me but she was tough n didn’t take our crap.
She was always welcoming n always asked how mom n dad were,even though they weren’t fro Galway.lol.
