Barb who I called Babs was a mentor and an Angel . We worked together on night shift and she eventually was my patient . I loved her dearly . We shared a common bond of the loss of a child . We loved talking about nursing and our children . She was a fabulous nurse and mom . Blessing going to Tim during this difficult time .

Barb Enders is a name that will never be forgotten in my heart, mind and in my soul. I was blessed with meeting Barb and her wonderful son Tim- in my CNA career and she quickly took me under her wing as the educator, and inspiring soul that she is, and encouraged me to go to nursing school. Barbara was a valued colleague during my tenure as head of nursing services at Harrisburg Hospital in the 1970's. It was during a transformational time for both healthcare and nursing.
