Sometimes it takes a while for sad news to reach California. I was saddened to learn of Barbara's passing and send my deepest condolences to her children and the rest of her family and friends. Barbara was a special person and a wonderful godmother. She was the epitome of "caretaker." It was her mission to make sure those she knew and loved were healthy, happy, and well-fed.
