Chuck and Katie, There are no words to express my heavy heart right now. I loved Ms. Barb so much. She was wonderful to my husband and me. Ms. Barb absolutely loved my daughters, they would come into her office at Southern Regions Early Childhood Programs and play with all her cool things on her shelf and desk and she loved it. Ms. Barb had a heart of gold and my family and I will miss her dearly. Sending all my love and prayers to you Chuck, Katie and Family. Love Ed, Sylvia, Sylvond and Shae

Dear Chuck and Family, we send our heart felt condolences to you as we heard of Barb´s passing. Barb was a gentle woman who displayed that gentleness through her good natured professionalism. She was a guiding principal in the development of southern Illinois´ early childhood programs that benefit our children today. Her poise and generous nature influenced my own work and life.
