Not sure what to say?

Just reread my 2016 message. My best to Scott.

I did not know my second cousin, Babara, until we met in music school at Fredonia in 1965-6. "You have an Aunt Anise? My Grandmother's name is Anise!" Then we found each other on Facebook in 2010. We had made a date to meet physically at the Dresden Hotel when she passed away.

I met my cousin, Barbara for the first time in school at Fredonia. She said she was from Corning and I asked her if she was related to Anise Fitzsimmons. It was her grandmother. And my great Aunt. A very old family quarrel had kept us apart. Fast Forward 52 years and we ran into each other again. It seems I have been singing in chorus with her brother, Scott on and off for years. I had a copy of a picture of our common Great Grandfather and gave it to her as well as her siblings who I met at...

Met Barbara when she joined the community choir in Elmira that I directed for the Martin Luther King Celebration. We visited each other's homes
I wouldn't go back to her's because of my fear of her ferrets. What a bright bubbly young woman
So gifted and loving. I'm saddened that although we chatted occasionally that I just didn't know...

Barb touched our hearts many years ago adopting ferrets from us at the Lakeroad Ferret Farm. She and Graham took in 4 of our ferrets over time. We lost physical touch as the grand children came along keeping in touch via email. I am sad to learn of Barb's passing we had a lot of grand times hanging together talking ferrets.

Barb, My heart is so very sad to hear of our loss, which is you. I will miss your songs in the pool and seeing you on stage. May God be with you and keep you safe. All my love Jessie Thompson

We have known Barbara and Graham for at lesast 15 yers through our theater experiences. We first met at A Funny thing Happened on the way to the forum and again at Old Havana courthouse Theater where they did some melodramas with us. Barbara played my wife in Revenge at the Villanova Rest home and we all had a lot of fun, I think it was her first time at swordplay. Just this year we appeared in a radio show together at the clemens Center. We are in shock at the loss and wish that she was...
