Not sure what to say?

I learned of Barbara's passing only today when I tried to call her and the number would not go through. I googled her name and was so sad to see that she had passed. I was one of her renters a couple of years ago and found her to be a delightful and energetic lady. . . so great to talk to; opinionated, entertaining and generous! I am truly sorry for your family's loss.

i will always miss you. i wait for the phone to ring, and hear her say. oh i for got to tell you;;;; your sister joyce.

Barb had been my landlady for the past few years. What a hard working, amazing woman. She cared deeply about her tenants. We had many talks about family and her garden. She will be greatly missed.

I met Barbara when she was working with my husband, Louie on Menehune Shores board issues. When Louie passed shortly after that, Barbara and I became fast friends. I miss her so much she was a wonderful friend.
Barbara was always available to anyone who needed her help or advice. She was a hard worker. Barbara and Frank left a legacy for their children and grandchildren.
I believe the family is so blessed and I pray for them all of the time. The Hale family will always be in my prayers.

I met this spunky, lovely, loyal, caring, hard working, young woman on the doorstep of her Maui condo. We struck up a conversation and realized we had so much in common. Blue collar workers (Ford), hard workers and lived in Michigan. Through the years I fell in Love with Barbara because of her pure heart. I am sorry that I was not able to pay my last respects to this honest friend of mine that I will miss and talk about until I too go to heaven (We are in Maui). Goodbye girlfriend I will...

Barb Hale family Barb was a awesome she was one smart lady .. pleasure knowing her thoughts and prayer to the family.

Alan and I were Barbara's first renters in the Holmes Rd. apartments. She was very nice to us and often gave us vegetables from her garden. She was a sweet lady! May God comfort all of you at this time. Mary Davis

Our hearts and prayers go out to Bobbie's family. our parents were close friends Frank, Bobbie and Dollie and Art had known each other I think since they all grew up in KY.

I met Barbara working on a few tax issues in the City of Ypsilanti. She also lived in and owned a house right next to one of our rental properties. She always made sure my property was kept up and I did appreciate her concern for the neighborhood even if it was not fun to hear. We will truly miss her spirit and spunk in Ypsilanti. Condolences to her family.
