To the Barbara Hallowell family! I send you my deepest sympathy. Barbara was one of the sweetest ladies. You children were blessed to have such a lovely mother. I have fond memories of fun times when I was a kid and played with Ricky and the kids in Colby. You are in my prayers and thoughts. Your cousin - Sharon Parker Bartley

Barbara was one of the nicest women I knew. She had a contagious smile and giving heart. She always had something nice to say about someone. The world will miss her but she is with her husband and Father in Heaven where she is justly receiving her rewards.
My deep condolences to you, Beth, Rick and Candy and the entire family. She will be missed dearly...
