HARRISON, Mrs. Barbara Jane, the daughter of the late Roscoe and Beatrice Duck, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, October 14, 2009 in Richmond, Va.. Predeceased by her husband, Fred Joe Harrison; sister, Rita Ruffin; and brother, Darrell Duck. She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved children, Kamilah Harrison, Rhasheed Harrison (LaShonda), Charard Harrison, Ebonique Harrison, Kareem Harrison; stepdaughter, Jeanetta Denson; seven grandchildren, three sisters, Renee Jennings (Phillip) of Zuni, Va., Wanda Walters (Bobby) of Hampton, Va. , Cassandra White, of Franklin, Va.; three brothers, Morris Duck and Roscoe Duck of Zuni, Va. and Jeffrey Duck of Franklin Va.; stepsister, Mary Holloman (Larry) of Ivor, Va.; and stepbrothers, John Ruffin (Kathy) of Peoria, Ariz. and Glen Ruffin of Smithfield, Va.; adopted brother, Lenard Coplon, of Hampton Va., a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Her remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street, where funeral services will be held Friday, October 23, 2009 at 11 a.m. Bishop Robert E. Duck, officiating. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia Co.
