Charlie and I and family have just learned of Barbara's passing. We are so very sorry to learn this sad news. We send our heartfelt condolences to all of her family. We had the privilege to meet Barbara when she was doing research on Charlie's aunt Elizabeth Kennedy here in Northern Ireland. What a beautiful tribute written about a wonderful person. It was a shock to hear of her passing. She was always so kind and caring and went on to lead a passionately purposeful life. Our heartfelt thoughts are with the family at this difficult time. We miss and think of you often.

Barbara always had a smile on her face and in her voice. She was wonderful to work with, always positive and professional. My sympathies to her family and friends.

I was so very sorry to hear about Barbara´s death. I knew Barbara for many years after she served as a board member for The Obo Addy Legacy Project. Her grace and positive attitude were always evident. Barbara even served as a mediator for a board retreat. We will miss her so much. I´ll let other board members and performers know. I´m sorry- I just don´t have the words to express my sympathy.

A good friend, ethical mediator, fierce defender of rights, and loving mother and grandmother. Rest in power, Barbara.
