Dear Mike, I can understand the grieving that you are dealing with presently because I, too, just lost my mom a few months ago. It's very hard when you loose your #1 fan. I never realized what a fabulous artist and painter your mother was until recently when I checked out her website. Not quite sure if you remember me or not but I went to Maybeury elementary with you 1976-77 and enjoyed cheering you on when you played for the Orioles on Tuckahoe little league baseball team. Barbara was such a lovely person. She painted a wonderful portrait of our son which delights to this day and will be enjoyed by generations to come. I often see her work when visiting friends, all grateful for her life and work. Vann Williams
