Barbara Irene Holgate

I worked at the Torrington Police Department with Barb for 6 years. We spent many hours laughing together, I don't recall if I ever told her how much I appreciated her as a co-worker and as a friend but if I did not I apologize Barb (you know me always late). Barb's friends and family will miss her deeply and I extend my condolescences to them.
