Read MoreI am sorry to hear about Barbara. I taught with her for several years at Scott Memorial. During my first year of teaching she spent the entire year making sure that I knew how to be a supportive spouse before I got married on the last day of school. A marriage that continues to flourish to this day thanks to Barbara's words of wisdom. She was a kind and caring person, and a good friend.

Mrs. Hollandsworth was my homeroom teacher for 7th grade, and she taught me english. I have so many memories with her, reading lord of the rings, teaching her who pedro was off of napoleon dynamite! I'm saddened for her passing, but I know shes better off in the heavens above.
