I am very sad to hear of the death of Barbara. I have spent many a happy hour with John and Barbara. I had not talked with Barbara for some time, but last Friday I needed to talk to her and hear her voice. I called and I did talk with her for several minutes and realized that she was not well. She did recognice my voice and she told me that she had problems. I am so sorry that I will not be able to visit with you during this sad occasion. I wish that it were possible for me to be there....
