Not sure what to say?

We met riding the school bus in the early fifties. A tall girl with a ready smile. One day our fourth grade teacher measured everyone's height. That smile broke into an unforgettable grin when she exceeded five foot; taller than any student, including the boys!. A chance meeting at the Worlds Fair in 1964 made the experience very enjoyable. Reflecting on her bio and comments here, "a life well lived." May God embrace her soul and comfort her family.

I knew Barbara from school in Staten Island, N.Y. I remember her as a very nice, friendly pleasant girl. Seems as though her life was fulfilled and she was very happy with a wonderful family. That is good.

Barbara was a fellow classmate of mine in elementary school as well as PRHS. I remember her as a good friend and after reading her bio here I realize that she had a very successful career as well as a loving family sprinkled with many friends. May God give you all strength at this time. Sincerely, Stephanie Gall Flood

My deepest sympathy is with all of you. Aunt Barbara was a pillar of strength in our family. I will miss her but know her beauty and strength will continue to shine through in all of my cousins.
Love to all of you, miss you!

Barbara-the journey of our friendship over the 42 years I have known you can never be put into words. That friendship has made me a better person & I thank you for that. You created a beautiful family full of love & that will see them through this loss. I hope that you are basking on a beautiful beach somewhere - save me a spot!

The worlds best second mom.... I thank you for taking me in and treating me as one of your own... and I am sorry for using the washing machine at midnight and waking you up.... Kevin Farrell
